Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms and the incredible views of the river and city from my room each night. However, I found the hotel lacking in additional seating and amenities, with just a bed, dresser, and one chair provided.
The hotel rooms have been beautifully redone a few years ago and offer a good size with a great view of the river. The service was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with a custom drink mixed for me by the manager. The location is great, with very nice views and close to Dunkin' Donuts and the L. The dining experience, however, was subpar with food arriving in plastic boxes. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects.
I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, although the view wasn't the best. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, although some management issues were noticeable. The location was superb, close to attractions and dining options. The dining experience was a bit overpriced, but the food was good. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers amazing views and a prime location, despite rooms feeling small and decor being dated. The staff is accommodating, but some areas could use improvement. Great value overall.
